This module outlines how boards can hold management to account through informed, astute, effective and independent oversight of performance and conformance matters.

We also focus on how to build effective board meetings and relationships with management.

This is the fifth of six modules in the Governance Essentials online module series. You can purchase the whole series or the individual modules.
