DR HELEN ANDERSON QSO, CFInstD

Helen is an experienced chair and director.  She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and has been a member of the National Council of the IoD and Chair of Wellington branch of the IoD (2014-2019).

Helen has governance experience that includes privately held companies, industry associations, not-for-profit and state sector bodies.  She currently chairs Studio Pacific Architecture, Scion and is a member of the board of Antarctica NZ.  Other recent boards include NIWA, DairyNZ, ClearPoint Ltd, Massey University and BRANZ. Helen has a PhD from Cambridge University.
