Access assistance
All entrances and publicly accessible areas of the Te Pae are seamlessly connected, accessible and step-free – including the exhibition halls where the main plenary sessions will be held.
If you have any accessibility requirements you’d like us to know about, please add these into the “Special requirements” section of the registration form when registering.
Hearing assistance
Te Pae is equipped with InfraRed Hearing Augmentation for conference delegates with hearing impairments. A limited number of complimentary hearing augmentation devices (hearing loops) are available to delegates at the Guest Services desk located on the Ground Floor by the Oxford Terrace entrance.
If you require a sign language interpreter, please make a note of this under the “Special requirements” section of the registration form and we will be able to assist.
Visual assistance
Guide dogs and all other assistance dogs are welcome at Te Pae Convention Centre. When booking your ticket, please make note of this under the “Special requirements” section of the registration form and we will be able to assist. Braille is also provided in key areas throughout the venue.

If you are joining our 2024 Leadership Conference online, all session live-streams will be closed captioned.
