HILARY WALTON CMInstD

Hilary Walton is a director and a Technology Strategist at Microsoft and prior to this she was CISO of the Kordia Group. She has a diverse background in psychology, ICT, risk management, and security and has worked for organizations such as Mi5 and the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games.

Hilary is also an author, having written a book on security culture.  She also currently has another book in the works for how to implement AI into your business.  

She is a digital influencer who is passionate about sharing digital culture ideas through her YouTube show and podcast called "Digital Culture Ideas".

She has received various awards and recognition, including being a winner of the 2022 Women in Security Aotearoa, Thought Leader category and Women in ICT – Rising Star category.
