This module explores key pieces of financial reporting legislation and requirements for public-benefit entities and for-profit entities.
We also explore external audit requirements in relation to the Companies Act 1993 for opting in and out of external auditing, keeping and maintaining proper accounting records and the role and scope of an audit.
