What will you learn?
Over three-and-a-half days, you’ll delve into cutting edge governance thought leadership with a focus on real-world issues and challenges that reflect the complexities of modern directorship.
Expert facilitators and engaging guest directors will guide you through topics central to every director’s role including leadership, succession, future governance, diversity, and climate transition - all while strengthening your network with others at the same stage of their governance journey. Our Advanced Directors' Course (ADC) curriculum uses a 360-degree approach and each day focusses on a different facet of being a director - you, your board and practical governance.
This is a fully immersive course, which allows for greater connection with your cohort and the opportunity to learn from each other’s experience. For more information on what you would learn each day view our example programme here.
To hear first-hand from ADC alumni listen to our Board Matters podcast series. In this series leading directors in New Zealand share their unique perspectives on governance and learnings from the course.
What can you expect?
