Course description

In this one-day course you learn the requirements and formalities of audit and risk committees, focusing on your board’s objectives and getting the best committee performance.

You will participate in sessions with current audit and risk committee chairs.

At the end of the course you will have the tools to keep financials in shape and efficiently manage risk within your organisation.

Who should attend

Directors with at least one year’s experience of working on a board.

Senior executives with at least one year’s experience of working with a board – for example as a chief executive, chief finance officer, or managing director.

You should have experience in finance fundamentals before you attend the Audit & Risk Committees course.  We recommend attending our Finance Essentials course or completing the Finance Essentials online module series if you need upskilling.
