Submission on the FMA corporate governance handbook
The FMA is revising its corporate governance handbook (which was last updated in 2014). The handbook has been refocused to apply to non-listed and public sector entities, moving away from listed issuers.
Updates to the handbook reflect developments in corporate governance including non-financial reporting, and director and executive remuneration.
Our submission focuses on some of the key revisions to the handbook and other matters the FMA may wish to include.
