Fee Indicator order form

You agree that the IoD Fee Indicator service is intended to provide a small selection of benchmark director fee comparators relevant to you, as an IoD member, and to a governance role that you may be considering.

You are able to order one free Fee Indicator from the latest version of the IoD Directors Fees’ Report (or within a 12 month period).

The IoD believes the information it provides about comparable entities is accurate at the time it is provided but it relies on remuneration data provided by its members.

The IoD provides no warranty (either expressed or implied) in relation to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information provided about any comparator fees, and cannot be held liable for the consequences of any actions taken or not taken on the basis of such information.

The report will be prepared for you as guidance only and should not be used by any other IoD member or organisation.
