The SWR Group are funding places for two IoD members who are not-for-profit directors to attend one of our Company Directors’ Courses.
You will be an experienced Trustee on a not-for-profit board, and looking to take your governance skills and capability to the next level.
IoD’s Company Directors courses are held in Auckland, Wellington, Queenstown and Christchurch throughout the year.
"The training I received as a result of the scholarship has given me a heightened critical lens and awareness of the drivers of good governance. As a board member on Community Foundations of Aotearoa New Zealand, I have the confidence to engage with more depth and substance by drawing on my governance toolkit. It has amplified my role as Chief Executive at Taranaki Foundation where I report to our board and engage regularly across a governance setting."
