Institute of Directors Annual General Meeting (AGM) 19 June 2024

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2024 AGM at FMG Stadium Waikato. Forty-one members attended in person and 114 members joined online.

Monique Forbes CMInstD was appointed as a Future Director on the IoD board as part of our Future Directors’ Programme. She is a senior executive with experience at NZX and ASX-listed companies, including Qantas, Air New Zealand, Mercury and Heartland Group. Monique resides in Auckland and is of Tainui descent.

Lana Ngawhika MInstD, stood down from the board. Trish Oakley CFMinstD and David Glover CFInstD accepted reappointment to the board.

Our council remained unchanged. 

After the AGM, guest speaker Steve Allen CFInstD shared a perspective on purpose-driven leadership, stressing the value of integrity, directors working hard, innovating and looking after people.
