Overview

With women still underrepresented at the highest levels of leadership, it’s more important than ever to take action.

Matt Prichard CMInstD will facilitate a discussion with our panellists, Jackie Lloyd CFInstD and Susan Peterson CFInstD, who will explore the challenges, successes, and some tangible steps needed to ensure more women have a seat at the table.

Topics will include:

  • Overcoming barriers to boardroom entry
  • Building support networks and mentoring
  • Practical strategies for fostering diversity in governance

Whilst this is a Women Directors’ Network event, it is open to all members who are passionate about promoting gender equality in governance.
